Gideon Elichaoff – CEO & Co-Founder
Gideon has 30 years management experience at board level in service and technology industries. He is a serial entrepreneur with private equity, VC and AIM funding experience and has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies, academia and the UK government within the sustainable development sector.
Additionally, Gideon is Fellow of the Linnean Society of London (founded in 1788) and has studied mycology, cannabis science and medical cannabis cultivation since 2014. Gideon speaks good conversational Portuguese acquired from living in Brazil.
Daniel Connell – COO & Co –Founder
Daniel has 20 years’ experience in senior operations management in the leisure, construction and technology sectors and has worked with several fortune 500 companies. Daniel also has broad experience in web development, social media marketing and client relationship management.
Daniel oversees all administrative and operational functions of the business including HR and project management of Rogida’s facility construction and security.
Michael O’Donnell – CFO
Michael has 25 years’ experience as a chartered accountant.
He has supported listed companies and is conversant with international accountancy practices.
Michael is responsible for Rogida’s financial operations including accounting, financial reporting and advising the board and investors on all financial matters.
Cameron Bravmann – CCO
Cameron Bravmann heads up our cultivation team as our chief cultivation officer.
He is a highly acclaimed expert in commercial cannabis cultivation and been involved in the cannabis industry since the early 1990s.
Cameron has been a part of license winning teams in over a dozen US states, and has designed, built, and operated over 100,000 m2 of cultivation operations internationally.
 Additionally, Cameron has developed the Growers Network film series Canna Cribs – Deep Roots, an exploration of cannabis culture and is the Professor of the online Growers Network University with over 192,000 subscribers.
Txema Arrese – Master Grower
Our Master grower Txema Arrese will work closely with Cameron in the development of our facility, cultivation and post production.
 Txema has five years’ experience as a master grower of certified organic medical cannabis cultivation in Switzerland and Spain in both greenhouse (5,000m2) and outdoor (60 hectares) environments.
He has a diploma in specialist cannabis CBD cultivation in high technology greenhouses from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena in Spain and a Higher National Diploma in agricultural business and management from CI Agroforestal agricultural college in Spain. His skills extend to a high level of expertise in cannabis genetics breeding and strain selection.
Jamie Materesse
Jamie has 15 years’ experience in cannabis tissue culture technology, cannabis genetics and strain evaluation tailored to specific target requirements.
He will play a key part in our own tissue culture production and genetics research.
Filipa Nunes
Filipa was the senior grower at Tilray Portugal for 3 + years and developed their project.
At Tilray she was also responsible for all cultivation & EU GMP/GACP compliance.
She will be our liaison in Portugal for aspects of our licencing, compliance and project development.
Jeff Lowenfels
Jeff is a highly acclaimed global expert with over 47 years’ experience in organic agriculture and sustainable crop production.
He is regarded as one of the leading experts in the relationship of microbes and mycorrhizae in living soil.
Jeff is also an author of books on soil microbes and cannabis cultivation. He will pay a vital part in preparation of our living soil ingredients which will be a key element in obtaining our target quality.
Grant Patterson
Grant is a highly qualified expert in Quality Assurance with 30 years’ experience with a relevant GMP / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) background.
 He has provided quality management systems and training to large FMCG companies to enable GMP certification and is experienced in corrective and preventative quality assurance monitoring.
 Grant will act as our responsible person for quality control and advising on quality control protocols.
